Fuck Taiwan Ted

I was looking at aftermarket tank badge mounts and couldn't find any that were close to stock. I got dad motivated to help with my dyes for the badge mounts so that I could make my own as close to stock as possible. We got them stamped and I put them on yesterday, pressure tested the tanks today now I just have to prep and paint.

A little So. Cal time

My dad and I took a little trip to L.A. last weekend. The main reason was to pick up some inflatable bounce houses for a new business venture but, we had alterior motives. If a guy has to go to L.A. why not bring his bike and visit some friends so that's just what we did. My friend Ryan set us up with a place to crash, a killer ride and a hell of a  Moto Monday party. We got to see the Big Daddy Johnson fire up and run down the  road, Luke got his Shovel to fire and we met some great new friends. I'd like to thank every one I met down south for your hospitality once again dad and I had a great time.

The Hogepoge Pan

I'm not really into naming vehicles but this one just came to me so, the " Hogepoge Pan " it is. I had to switch primary covers to clear the foot clutch and put it back to chain drive to fit the new cover ( go figure )

My cousin made me a new tool bag and surprised me with it  last weekend

Progress

The '59 is coming back together nicely. I got the tanks repaired and pressure tested today and fixed the brake crossover tube yesterday

Oh yeah this is for the censors

out of it's old home and ready for the new one

switched to a mechanical lid

found out they cut two inches off of the tube, after paint of course
