A new month

and no plans for the weekend as of yet. It's all grey out. It looks like parts gathering weather and I have a lead on some bits and pieces....

I couldn't do it...

So I just couldn't take the whole month off. I took off for the north coast Friday camped out at the end of the trail ranch and partied all weekend with the TMFC. I didn't take any pictures but I stole these.

Picked up a set of 3 1/2's at the flea market last weekend.

Wild Friday Night

Yeah right. But I got to sit down and look at the pan today and figured out my transmission/ clutch problem. A loose main shaft nut behind the kick gear. I gently pried on the gear and it pulled the clutch basket back in a quarter of an inch. Dad had the parts I needed and it's back together and running smooth.

Laying back

It seams like I have been going all summer so I'm puttin' my feet up and taking September off from runs, at least I'm going to try. Kids B-day parties and a little well needed rest are all I am in for this month.
